Illegal fishing is causing the collapse of the Patagonian Toothfish population.
Illegal fishers are killing up to 100,000 or more seabirds every year.
Extinctions are imminent!
Please do everything in your power to stop the illegal fishers driving the albatross and the Toothfish to extinction.

Please ensure that your country supports the following measures to stop illegal fishing in the Southern Ocean

  1. Please support the introduction of mandatory vessels monitoring systems.
  2. Please support a ban on the international trade of all illegally caught Patagonian Toothfish.
  3. Please support a ban on non-emergency port access for illegal fishing vessels.
